On Bali, we have become the company’s local partner. Their first project on the island — the AMANI MELASTI boutique hotel — will operate under the international hotel brand Wyndham, ensuring high standards of service and property management.

Atmos Group acts as the general construction manager, providing full project oversight — from quality control to coordination of all contractors.

• a fixed construction cost, agreed upon at the contract signing and final project documentation stage;
