An extraordinary and captivating addition now graces our "atmospheric" portfolio - the WOL.121 transforming hotel. This project introduced a completely new concept. Our task was to create a lifestyle hotel on the seashore, perfect for summers, and to provide comfortable apartments that could be rented for several months during the winter. Additionally, we were entrusted with equipping a functional co-working space on the top floor.
