Ramada Nusa Dua by Wyndham is an investment hotel and villa complex developed by TEUS Group in partnership with the Singapore contemporary art gallery MayinArt, located in the Geger area of Nusa Dua — a district that concentrates roughly a fifth of Bali's five-star hotels. Built around an Art & Wellness concept, the project weaves ocean-facing wellness experiences together with more than 1,300 original works by 105 Asian artists, displayed throughout the rooms, the lobby gallery and the rooftop.

The complex comprises 100 hotel rooms from 32 m² and 68 villas with private pools from 40 m², spread across a 1.3-hectare site with nine unit types in total. Operations will be run by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts under its Ramada brand, giving owners access to a global network of more than 9,300 hotels and 115 million Wyndham Rewards members. The hotel is scheduled to open by 2028, with Phase 1 — the hotel building and the first villas — already under construction.
