The project features 28 apartments and 12 townhouses in Ubud — Bali’s cultural and spiritual capital. The dynamic geometry of the facades and roofs creates an elegant design that seamlessly integrates into Ubud’s authentic setting.

Each townhouse includes a lounge area with a terrace and private pool, perfect for relaxing in peace and nature. Interiors are made from natural materials in warm tones.

Construction stage: earthworks and piling foundation have been completed. Work on the raft foundation (rostverk) has begun.
