TEUS Group and Atmosphera Bali Launch Ramada Nusa Dua by Wyndham, an Art-Wellness Investment Hotel in Bali
TEUS Group, in partnership with Atmosphera Bali, has launched Ramada Nusa Dua by Wyndham — TEUS Group’s second project on the island, following the earlier Amani Melasti. Sales officially opened on September 12, 2025, with a presentation event in Bali. TEUS Group brings 80 years of development history and more than 10 million m² of completed projects across multiple continents, while Atmosphera Bali, the project’s construction and project management partner, contributes end-to-end local execution — design coordination, construction supervision and property management built to international standards.
A Location Inside Bali’s Five-Star Corridor
The project sits in the Geger area of Nusa Dua, five minutes from the beach, in a district that is home to 19 five-star hotels — roughly 20% of all luxury properties on the island. Designed by architecture firm AIMM, which has delivered 420 projects across 14 countries, the complex is built around impeccable architecture paired with modern hospitality management standards, with Atmosphera Bali overseeing construction on the ground.
An Art & Wellness Concept Curated by MayinArt
What sets Ramada Nusa Dua apart is its Art & Wellness positioning, developed in collaboration with MayinArt, a leading contemporary art gallery in Asia based in Singapore. More than 1,300 original artworks by 105 Asian artists are integrated throughout the property — in guest rooms, a dedicated lobby gallery, and an art-filled rooftop with ocean views — creating what the partners describe as a place where wellness, art and the ocean come together.
Global Management by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts
The property will operate under the Ramada brand, part of Wyndham Hotels & Resorts — the world’s largest hotel company, with more than 9,300 hotels across 95 countries and over 115 million Wyndham Rewards members. Ramada itself carries a 70-year history, with 850+ hotels in 65 countries and a guest loyalty rate of 43%. According to Wyndham, its managed hotels earn on average 40% more than comparable independent properties.
