Project B25 — 17 Villas on Balangan Beach For the past six months, Atmos Group has been overseeing the full construction process of Project B25 in Balangan — one of the most promising areas on the island’s southwest coast. The project, developed on behalf of the management company Farsight, includes the construction of 17 villas with private pools, a recreation area, and a fitness club. As of early 2025, the construction is two weeks ahead of schedule. The structural frames of all buildings, except the fitness club, have already been completed. Masonry work is actively underway, and preparations have begun for the installation of internal engineering systems. New Developments: Terracotta and DolphinHill Apartments In December 2024, the Atmos Group team began construction work on two additional residential projects — Terracotta and DolphinHill Apartments, each featuring a unique architectural concept. Terracotta is a project by the development company ADVA Development. The complex includes 28 apartments and 12 townhouses. As of January 2025, excavation work is complete, the pile field has been formed, and a retaining wall has been constructed. DolphinHill Apartments is a residential project by Dolphin Development, consisting of 27 apartments. Earthworks are currently in progress, and retaining walls are being built to shape the terrain for future construction.
